Exceptional Earning Potential (Uncapped)
Our commission structure is designed to reward discipline and results, offering a clear path to executive-level earnings:
- Base Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
- Year 1 OTE: ~€95,000
- Year 2 OTE: ~€170,000
- Year 3+ OTE: €250,000+
Core Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on high-activity sales execution and the strategic acquisition of mid-market corporate clients.
- Outbound Execution: Drive growth through proactive cold calling and outbound outreach to CFOs and financial decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify mid-market companies (€20M–€500M revenue) with international FX exposure.
- Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate complex financial risk management solutions to secure high-value initial meetings.
- Portfolio Development: Partner with senior strategists to close transactions and transition into a full-scale Portfolio Manager role.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends in FX, derivatives, and corporate finance through intensive daily coaching.
Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native-level German (C2) and professional English (C1) are essential for high-level negotiations.
- Sales Mindset: You are highly resilient, disciplined, and motivated by a performance-driven environment.
- Presence: Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage C-suite executives.
- Commitment: Willingness to work on-site in Munich with a 07:30 start to align with global market openings.
- Background: A degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is a plus, as is prior experience in B2B sales or banking.
