Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Hybrid – up to 2 remote days per week)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 2–5+ years of relevant B2B sales or corporate account management experience

Compensation: Base salary up to €60,000 gross p.a. (typically ranging from €40,000 to €50,000 based on experience, with flexibility up to €60,000 for exceptional profiles) + Performance-Based Bonus

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

In this position, you will move away from aggressive transactional sales to focus on high-level corporate relationship building and strategic, value-oriented solutions.

  • Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary touchpoint for key accounts, building trusted, consultative advisory relationships with founders, C-level executives, and key enterprise decision-makers.
  • Consultative Sales: Drive value-oriented commercial growth. Identify, negotiate, and close high-value B2B deals with strong recurring revenue potential.
  • Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful deployment of high-demand compliance solutions tailored to specific corporate needs and client objectives.
  • Metrics & Forecasting: Track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales targets and annual pipelines) and compile transparent account status reports for leadership.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep a sharp pulse on the global e-commerce ecosystem to build expert-level industry knowledge and anticipate shifting regulatory trends.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organization at major industry events, webinars, and face-to-face client meetings (approx. 3–4 events annually across the DACH region and broader Europe).
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with the regional sales division to unlock new growth channels while providing mentorship and guidance to junior business development representatives.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a consultative, analytical sales professional who values long-term partnership over transactional cold calling and possesses the confidence to engage directly with executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 2 to 5+ years of documented success in B2B corporate sales, account management, or business development—ideally within professional services, e-commerce, tax compliance, or the SaaS sector.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or C2-level mastery of German combined with professional fluency in English (C1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate an international internal environment and manage DACH-region corporate accounts.
  • Commercial Mindset: A consultative, value-driven partner approach focused on alignment with client goals rather than high-volume telesales.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation capabilities and the professional maturity to pitch complex services directly to CXOs and founders.
  • Organization & Resilience: Highly structured, KPI-driven, and capable of maintaining a calm, customer-centric focus under tight deadlines.
  • Academic Foundation: A BSc/BA degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical business success is highly valued.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Direct experience selling tax infrastructure, global compliance tools, or specialized e-commerce services.
  • Additional language skills in Turkish.
