  • Fixed Salary: €45k – €55k
  • Target Earnings (OTE):

    • Year 1: ~€95,000
    • Year 2: ~€170,000
    • Year 3+: €250,000+

The Role: Driving Market Expansion

You will move beyond standard sales to act as a specialist advisor for mid-market firms (€20M–€500M turnover) navigating international markets.

  • Targeted Research: Identify and analyze corporations with significant foreign currency needs.
  • C-Level Engagement: Initiate high-impact contact with CFOs and Finance Directors to arrange strategic meetings.
  • Strategic Advisory: Deliver sophisticated financial presentations and manage intricate risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Career Progression: Take full control of the sales cycle as you transition into a Portfolio Manager role, overseeing high-value client accounts.
  • Performance Excellence: Maintain high-volume activity and conversion rates to exceed revenue targets.
