We are currently recruiting a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to become an integral member of our team. Throughout this position, you will serve as a vital marketing consultant tasked with advising newly onboarded business clients. Your primary duty centers on elevating client income through targeted search engine advertising, curbing client churn, and driving the overall lifetime value of every account. Working within a vibrant tech setting, you will partner directly with key corporate decision-makers to align advertising options with their overarching operational goals.

Primary Duties

  • Oversee the complete onboarding phase of new accounts by developing, setting up, and deploying highly optimized search marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular phone consultations across your assigned client portfolio to keep partners up to date and uncover new monetization channels.
  • Evaluate distinct organizational objectives to design tailored, long-term digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Document precise account logs, updates, and communication logs within the central CRM platform.
  • Track ad performance data regularly to deliver practical insights alongside continuous account optimization recommendations.
  • Educate accounts on integrating paid search channels into complete promotional funnels, including landing page conversion optimizations, audience targeting configurations, and ad copy experimentation.
  • Pass on regional market insights and direct client feedback to internal product developers and marketing strategists.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: C1 or C2 level mastery of German (demonstrating native-level fluency), coupled with full professional working proficiency in English.
  • Account Management: A verified history of managing client portfolios independently while efficiently operating CRM technology.
  • Communication Style: High comfort level making proactive outbound phone calls to build long-term client trust and maintain account stability.
  • Tech Capabilities: Practical experience incorporating artificial intelligence platforms into daily workflows to assess operational metrics and personalize client communication.

Work Arrangement & Compensation This full-time position requires a 39-hour workweek operating under a hybrid model based in Barcelona. Initial remuneration starts with a €26,000 base annual salary alongside a €4,000 performance incentive, with top-tier team members earning an upgraded base salary of €30,000 after 12 months.
