Position Details & Terms

Compensation: €1,237 Gross per month (12-month annual distribution)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours/day + 60-minute lunch interval)
Operational Window: Variable rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, scheduled between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight)

Primary Duties

As a Policy Analyst, you will protect platform integrity and enforce safety standards through the following tasks:

Policy Enforcement: Screen user-uploaded assets—including multimedia files, text posts, and profile pages—to verify strict alignment with community guidelines.
Ecosystem Protection: Detect and mitigate the impact of malicious, inappropriate, or deceptive content to preserve a healthy digital landscape.
Ticket Management: Handle user reports and escalated inquiries involving account security, system access, and safety violations with high precision.
Performance Standards: Maintain an objective mindset and empathetic approach while meeting specific operational speed and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Communication Skills: Mastery of the Ukrainian language along with a confident command of English (minimum B2 level) for navigating internal training modules and team updates.
Legal Eligibility: Applicants must hold valid EU Citizenship, a Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status.
Flexibility & Resilience: Capability to review sensitive graphic material calmly while adjusting easily to a dynamic, rotational shift schedule.
