Our award-winning company is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our top team in Krakow. In this role, you will act as a link for world-leading tech companies, helping large businesses adopt cloud technology and digital growth plans.

Our work model is built for flexibility, combining three days in our Krakow office with two days of working from home.

The Mission: Consultative Business Growth

This is more than just a sales job; you will act as a high-level consultant, finding cloud-related opportunities and working with business leaders to modernize their companies.

  • Building Alliances: Create and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs) and corporate leaders.
  • Driving Sales: Use technical knowledge to lead high-level negotiations, solve business problems, and beat your sales goals.
  • Managing the Pipeline: Proactively find new potential clients and manage a professional sales funnel for our global tech partners.
  • Staying Informed: Keep up with the latest trends in cloud and digital media to give expert, data-backed advice to your clients.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with management to make sure your personal goals match the company's big-picture objectives.

Who We Are Looking For: Sharp Thinking & Drive

We want a self-motivated professional who does well in fast-paced environments and has a "hunter" instinct for finding new business.

  • Language Skills: Professional skills in German (B2+/C1), plus fluent English (B2) for working with our global network.
  • Work Experience: At least one year of sales experience with a proven history of finding leads, closing deals, or managing accounts.
  • Tech Savvy: A strong understanding of how cloud technology works and a real passion for the future of tech.
  • Mindset: A resilient, independent worker who can handle complex business tasks on their own.
  • Location: You must live in or be ready to move to the tech hub of Krakow, Poland.
