- Compensation: €26,000 Gross Base Salary + €4,000 Performance Bonus (Up to €30,000 OTE)
Role Overview Become part of an energetic team in Barcelona supporting a high-visibility digital marketing program centered around Google Ads. Tailored for specialists who understand the nuances of the German commercial sector, this job positions you as a strategic advertising consultant. You will oversee and scale a portfolio of high-growth accounts—including prospective tech unicorns—within a fast-paced corporate environment. Your primary goal is to foster long-term client trust, boost campaign adoption, lower churn rates, and identify scalable revenue opportunities across your account base.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the primary advisor to onboard business clients and design high-ROI Pay-Per-Click campaigns.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular consultative calls with portfolio accounts to provide guidance, deepen relationships, and stimulate account growth.
- Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Analyze customer business targets to implement tailored, scalable advertising campaigns.
- CRM & Portfolio Management: Keep account touchpoints, interaction histories, and data meticulously updated within the CRM platform.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, providing account holders with actionable analytical reports and account optimization tips.
- Funnel & Content Integration: Guide clients on incorporating Google Ads into their overall marketing architecture, including audience targeting, creative testing, and landing page refinement.
- Market Feedback Loop: Collect market intelligence and customer feedback within the German territory to help refine internal tools and campaign strategy.

- Languages: Native-level command of German (C1–C2) paired with professional working proficiency in English.
