Core Accountabilities

  • Project Capitalization: Orchestrate the preparation and flow of essential financial data to secure funding for large-scale wind farm developments.
  • Investment Strategy: Act as the internal consultant for the group, delivering data-driven insights for all financing and investment mandates.
  • Lender Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, managing legal documentation, account structures, and mandates.
  • Strategic Evaluation: Stress-test the profitability and long-term viability of innovative new business ventures.
  • Cooperative Governance: Navigate the financial complexities of our cooperative frameworks, ensuring legal and structural integrity.
  • Corporate Actions: Manage the execution of capital adjustments, profit distributions, and legal-financial compliance.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Transform complex financial data into executive-level briefings and resolutions for diverse governing bodies.
  • Cash Management: Ensure group-wide stability through precise liquidity forecasting and continuous fiscal support for our subsidiaries.

Your Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: A university degree in Business/Finance or a specialized banking qualification (Bankbetriebswirt or similar).
  • Professional Journey: You bring a background in corporate finance or exhibit the intellectual curiosity to pivot your financial expertise into the renewable energy sector.
