Engagement Framework & Terms
- Remuneration: €1,237 gross monthly pay (distributed over a standard 12-month schedule).
- Work Hours: Full-time commitment of 40 hours weekly (distributed as 5 operational days per week, 8 hours daily, plus a 60-minute midday break).
- Scheduling Matrix: Operational hours follow a rotating shift pattern from Monday through Sunday, falling between the hours of 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight).
Daily Operational Duties
As a Content Moderator, your focus will be to defend platform reliability and uphold community regulations through the following actions:
- Asset Verification: Evaluate incoming user submissions—including account descriptions, video files, static images, and textual content—to guarantee flawless compliance with corporate directives.
- Network Protection: Spot, report, and eliminate abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity to support a healthy virtual ecosystem.
- Ticket Intervention: Supervise and resolve account suspensions, security warnings, and user appeals with maximum procedural precision.
- Balanced Execution: Maintain an unbiased perspective, professional empathy, and swift processing times to consistently achieve team performance and quality targets.
Profile of an Ideal Candidate
Mandatory Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery of Ukrainian, paired with an intermediate command of English (minimum B2 level) to independently navigate corporate onboarding and internal communications.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must hold current EU citizenship, a legal Portuguese Residency Permit (Título de Residência), or recognized Refugee Status.
- Mental Endurance: Comfortable dealing with delicate digital content and capable of adjusting quickly to a fluid work environment featuring shifting rotas.
