Your Responsibilities

In this role, you own the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for turning "zero" into a thriving pipeline through aggressive outbound strategies and process optimization.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and qualify lead lists from scratch to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Outreach & Closing: Master the art of cold calling and personalized outreach, managing the process from the first hello to the final signature.
  • Process Architecture: Don't just use the CRM—help us build it. You'll develop sales structures and processes that scale.
  • Agile Scaling: Work closely with the B2B Lead to test new strategies, learn from data, and scale winning tactics weekly.
  • Customer Success: Coordinate product samples and manage the onboarding process to ensure new partners have a world-class experience.

Your Profile

We are looking for a hungry "Outbound DNA" personality. Whether you are a fresh university graduate or have initial experience in B2B sales, your mindset matters most.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C2) and fluent English (C1) are non-negotiable.
  • Resilience: You aren't afraid of the phone or rejection; you see a "no" as data for your next "yes."
  • Data-Driven: You think in conversion rates and KPIs, not just effort. You are obsessed with results.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You see opportunities where others see obstacles and act fast to test new ideas.
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
