Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow
As a Travel Management Consultant, your daily operations will involve:
- Omnichannel Support: Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking corporate professionals via telephone, email correspondence, and live web chat platforms.
- Itinerary Logistics: Execute end-to-end travel arrangements, including booking, altering, or canceling flights, lodging accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
- Specialized System Navigation: Utilize advanced global distribution systems (GDS) and proprietary corporate databases to quickly retrieve and convey precise travel data.
- Disruption Mitigating: Proactively resolve real-time travel emergencies, such as flight delays, cancellations, or scheduling overlaps, to guarantee a seamless journey for our clients.
- Service Quality: Uphold an empathetic, patient, and highly polished demeanor, ensuring our service delivery remains aligned with the brand's elite reputation.
