Senior Technical Consultant – CRM (m/f/d) 

Location: Tübingen, Germany (Hybrid: up to 4 days/week remote)

About the Role We deliver high-impact software solutions that transform project management and customer relationship management (CRM). As a Senior Technical Consultant CRM, you will take full ownership of the technical implementation and architecture of our flagship CRM platform (CAS genesisWorld) for diverse client landscapes across the DACH region.

This role combines deep technical system administration with high-level customer consulting. Working in an award-winning "Great Place to Work" culture with flat hierarchies, you will bridge the gap between infrastructure setup, security consulting, and technical project leadership without high travel demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Leadership: Direct the technical delivery of CRM software rollouts, including project scheduling, system upgrades, risk mitigation, and client stakeholder guidance.
• System Integration & Architecture: Integrate CRM software into complex client IT environments; design and deploy custom interface connections, integrations, and tailored functionality.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage server and database requirements across Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and network configurations.
• IT Security Consulting: Advise enterprise clients on access control, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), firewall configurations, and disaster recovery plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with functional consultants and software engineering teams to analyze technical options and construct scalable, future-proof architectures.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Technical Expertise: Practical hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory management, and MS SQL Server environments.
• IT Infrastructure & Security: Solid command of core networking setups, security protocols (SSO, MFA, firewalls), and data backup/recovery strategies.
• Project Experience: Demonstrated ability leading technical software integration projects, managing client expectations, and handling data migrations.
• Language Skills: C1/C2 fluent German and B2 English proficiency paired with clear, customer-oriented communication skills.
• Education: Degree in (Business) Informatics or an equivalent practical technical background.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS architectures (AWS, Azure) or Infrastructure-as-Code platforms like Terraform.
• Prior experience with CAS genesisWorld, enterprise CRM, or ERP system deployments.
• Basic scripting or software development capabilities.
