As a Customer Advisor, you are a problem solver and a travel assistant. You will handle questions from corporate clients regarding their travel plans, providing high-quality support in both German and English.
Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will serve as a premier brand ambassador, ensuring that business professionals receive seamless, top-tier support for their global travel needs.
- Omnichannel Customer Support: Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and chat from German-speaking business travelers.
- Travel Booking Management: Assist clients with complex bookings, cancellations, and real-time modifications to flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Global Distribution Systems: Use specialized travel software and internal databases to find and provide accurate reservation information.
- Logistical Problem Solving: Resolve critical travel-related issues (such as delays, cancellations, or schedule changes) to keep the client's journey smooth.
- Professional Service: Maintain a friendly, helpful, and highly professional attitude to uphold premium service standards.
Candidate Profile
We want an adaptable, tech-literate professional who can deliver empathetic care while managing fast-paced corporate travel logistics.
Minimum Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) paired with an upper-intermediate level of English (B2 level) for internal training and communication.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable multitasking across multiple computer screens and learning new digital platforms quickly.
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle complex, time-sensitive travel situations.
