  • Capital Advisory: Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, preparing comprehensive investment cases and financing strategies for the executive board.
  • Banking Liaison: Maintain the integrity of our financial infrastructure by managing institutional banking relationships and corporate mandates.
  • Venture Analysis: Rigorously analyze and validate the fiscal potential of pioneering green business models.
  • Cooperative Finance: Provide financial stewardship for our cooperative entities, managing the unique fiscal requirements of these community-driven structures.
  • Equity & Compliance: Coordinate capital movements, dividend payouts, and statutory financial requirements under cooperative law.
  • Governance Support: Synthesize high-level financial data into precise resolutions for board meetings and external oversight committees.
  • Fiscal Management: Drive group-wide liquidity monitoring and provide dedicated financial project management to our corporate branches.
