  • Base Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
  • Year 1 OTE: ~€95,000
  • Year 2 OTE: ~€170,000
  • Year 3+ OTE: €250,000+

The Mandate: Strategic Market Acquisition

Your primary focus will be high-cadence sales execution and the strategic expansion of our mid-market corporate client base.

  • Market Penetration: Drive growth through proactive outreach and high-level engagement with CFOs and key financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify enterprises with revenues between €20M and €500M that face significant FX exposure.
  • Consultative Sales: Present sophisticated risk management strategies to secure high-value business consultations.
  • Professional Advancement: Partner with senior leadership to close deals as you transition into a comprehensive Portfolio Manager role.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of market trends in derivatives and corporate finance through daily elite coaching.
