In this position, you will represent a leading international brand in online travel and hospitality. Working straight from your home office, you will act as a dedicated coordinator, helping travelers and accommodation hosts with platform questions, reservations, and logistics.
Daily Responsibilities
As a core member of our German-speaking support department, you will manage incoming requests via phone, email, and live chat. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Booking Coordination: Assisting German-speaking users through the booking cycle, including new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Billing & Policy Support: Handling payment queries, processing refunds, and explaining platform policies with a clear, understanding approach.
- Partner Relations: Helping property hosts troubleshoot backend software, update rates, and modify room availability.
- User Interface Guidance: Assisting customers in navigating digital tools, website features, and mobile apps smoothly.
- Data Administration: Accurately logging and updating customer interaction histories within our CRM platform.

Minimum Requirements
- Language Skills: High-level fluency in written and spoken German, paired with a solid command of English (B2 minimum) to navigate corporate databases and internal communications.
- Work Authorization: A valid EU passport or an active, unrestricted legal right to work in Greece.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable multitasking across multiple browser tabs, learning new software, and using standard office programs.
- Interpersonal Strengths: A naturally helpful disposition, excellent active listening skills, and a strong team spirit.
- Experience: A background in hospitality, contact centers, front desk service, or tourism is preferred but not required. We offer a comprehensive, fully paid virtual training program from day one!
Financial Compensation & Structure
We provide a highly competitive, legally structured compensation package designed to ensure financial security and reward excellent performance:
- Base Salary: €1,380 Gross per month.
- 14-Month Pay Structure: In line with Greek labor laws, you will receive 14 monthly salaries per year (which includes mandatory bonus payouts for Christmas, Easter, and Summer holidays).
- Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI bonuses based directly on service quality and performance metrics.
- Meal Allowance: Monthly food vouchers to assist with daily living costs.
Relocation Package (For International Applicants Moving to Greece)
